Pumps, compressors, valves, gauges, fittings, and filling heads — sourced from globally recognised manufacturers including Corken, Rego, FAS, Rochester, and SRG. All equipment we supply is intrinsically safe and engineered for reliable industrial service.
All industrial pumps are equipped with an adjustable internal relief valve and feature self-adjusting sliding vanes and vane drivers to improve pumping efficiency. Maintenance is straightforward — removing the pump cover gives full access to the rotor, cam, sideplates, seals, and bearings. Drive options include gear reducer, V-belt, and hydraulic.
Suitable liquids include (but are not limited to) aviation fuel, fuel oil, lube oil, solvents, and liquefied gases such as LPG, ammonia, and carbon dioxide.
Many LPG (propane and butane) and agricultural ammonia piping systems do not have ideal conditions for net positive suction head (NPSH). Poor NPSH conditions typically lead to excessive pump maintenance. Because reciprocating compressors are only exposed to vapours, NPSH is not a factor — making them the ideal solution for transferring liquids from pressurised tanks such as tank cars and buried tanks with top-unloading connections.
Most Corken vertical LPG reciprocating compressors use single packed piston rods and are not oil-free. The exception is the D891 model, which has two sets of packing (one V-ring and one segmented). Single-packed, non-oil-free compressors are typically used in non-corrosive, non-toxic applications where oil-free service and leakage containment are not critical — including propane, butane, agricultural ammonia, and natural gas.
